Source rewriting (llmcpp)

Source rewriting replaces an annotated request with accepted C++ statements. In the tool-server fixture, a generated method starts as:

__llm__ void Account::deposit(int amount) {
    Add amount to cents.
}

The matching mock script submits cents += amount;. The resulting method is ordinary C++:

void Account::deposit(int amount) {
    cents += amount;
}

This simplified result omits generated metadata comments. The declaration remains, while the modifier and prose are replaced. Generation does not rewrite the class interface or add arbitrary includes.

Use llmc++ --llm to inspect the full rewritten translation unit. That file can be reviewed and compiled conventionally, without interpreting a prompt when the function is called.
